Ingredients to make Paneer delight

  • Milk- 2 cups
  • MIlk Powder- 2 cups
  • Paneer -2 cups
  • Malai- 1 cup
  • Cardamom- 2/3
  • 1/2 cup of mixed dry fruits
  • Sugar as per taste
  • Any sauce or fruit to garnish

How to make Paneer delight

  1. Boil the milk in a frying pan then reduce the heat.
  2. Now add in the meshed paneer in milk and boil it further.
  3. Next, add the milk powder, sugar, cardamom, fat, dry fruit and mix it well together.
  4. Pour this mixture in a mould of any desired shape. Allow it to cool down at a room temperature.
  5. Then place it in the freezer. After freezing it for 1 hour serve it with any sauce or fruit.
  6. Serve it when it is cold. (I have garnished this recipe with cherry and chocolate strawberry sauce.)
