ABOUT Paneer pakora RECIPE

These are a part of the traditional breakfast at my place in home town, so here is the recipe of the crispy and delicious paneer pakodas. thick slices of paneer or the Indian cottage cheese, dipped in gram flour batter and deep fried.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gram paneer
  2. 250 gram besan
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  7. Water as required

Instructions

  1. First take besan then add salt,all spices and water make a batter.
  2. Then cut the paneer cubes.
  3. Then take one cube paneer and dip in the batter, and make pakoras.
  4. In a kadai put oil for deep fry pakoras.
  5. Serve hot.
