Yummy healthy quick snack!Pure paneer mash with cheesy saucy base ,spiced to make it tasty Base of bread makes one side crispy and one crusty.Do this in minutes .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 100 grams paneer
  2. 4 slices white bread
  3. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspn garam masala
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 4 bread slices
  7. 2 tblspn rice flour
  8. 1tblspn cheesy Ketchup
  9. Oil to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Cut out bread into discs ,keep aside
  2. Take paneer rice flour and ,spices in a plate
  3. Mix well into dough
  4. Apply or spread cheesy ketchup on the bread disc
  5. Now make small balls of the paneer dough
  6. Now heat oil in a pan keep slow flame
  7. Now place paneer mix ball on each bread disc
  8. Brush these with egg wash ,
  9. Lightly apply egg wash
  10. Now shallot fry upside down ie paneer side first the the plain
  11. Remove as done on both sides !:thumbsup:
  12. Enjoy a different breakfast
