ABOUT Spicy Potato balls RECIPE

vegetable cutlet is a delicious snack made with mix boiled vegetables. this crispy and tasty veg cutlet can be made as a morning breakfast or evening snack and best to serve them hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gram potato
  2. 1/4 cup pea
  3. 2 green chilli
  4. 6/7 clove garlic
  5. 1/2 inch ginger
  6. 1/4 tsp redchilli powder
  7. 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  8. 3tbsp brad crumbs
  9. Salt
  10. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds
  11. 1tsp dried mango powar
  12. Oil

Instructions

  1. Boil peel and mash potato ½ cup fresh green peas (matar), steamed or boiled.
  2. In potato add crushed ginger ,green chiili. Greencoriander leaves and garlic, salt , cumin powdar snd dried mango powder, bread crumbs,red chili and all perpose flour.
  3. Mix them well and make lemon size balls and roll into semolina before depfrying them..serve with sauce and chutney
