samosa filled with the masaledaar potatoes to give it an irresistible taste

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. maida 1 cup
  2. salt
  3. kalonji 1/2 tsp
  4. oil for frying
  5. potatoes 4
  6. turmeric powder
  7. ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. onion 1 chopped
  9. curry leaves
  10. coriander leaves
  11. red chilli powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. take the maida,kalonji and 2 tsp oil and make a dough
  2. boil and mash potatoes
  3. in a pan heat 1 tbsp oil and saute onion..
  4. add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt
  5. add potatoes,curry leaves and mix well
  6. now take the dough and roll out in a rolling pin in oval shape..cut into two halves
  7. fold like samosa and fill it with the mashed potatoes cooked
  8. deep fry them
  9. serve hot with chutney or sauce
