This is authentic and traditional sindhi breakfast recipe eaten in winters to keep body warm.This is specifically made in winters as green garlic is available at that time.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green garlic 100 gms finely chopped
  2. Jowar flour 2 small bowls
  3. Wheat flour 1 small bowl
  4. onions 2 nos chopped
  5. Green chillies 4 finely chopped
  6. tomato 1 small chopped
  7. red chilli pwd 2 tsps
  8. salt to taste
  9. coriander leaves
  10. 4 to 5 garlic pods crushed
  11. ghee 4 tbsp + ghee to cook

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Make a paratha like dough with water.
  3. Now on a plastic sheet,apply little oil.
  4. Tap the paratha size dough on it
  5. Take out the paratha carefully and place on tawa.
  6. Cook on both sides till little cooked.
  7. Apply ghee generously both sides to make it crisp.
  8. Serve hot with white butter ,curd ,daal etc.
