Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 bowl dough of roti
  2. 1/2 cup grated cheese
  3. 1/2 spoon Black pepper
  4. Ghee as required

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take cheese, black pepper., mix well.And make stuffing for paratha.
  2. Then make roti , put some stuffing in the middle , make paratha .
  3. Then make design with fork.
  4. Heat tava. And cooking paratha with ghee.and spread cheese on it.
  5. Cheese paratha is ready.
  6. Serve hot.
  7. Serve with mayyonise.
