Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basmati rice - 250 gms
  2. Chana dal - 50 gm
  3. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Oil - 2 tbsp
  6. Water - as required

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the rice and dal for 3 to 4 hours and grind it to make a fine paste.
  2. Mix cumin seeds, salt and enough water for a thin batter.
  3. Now heat the 1 tsp oil in a non stick pan and spread the mixture.
  4. Flip when done on one side.
  5. . Serve hot
