  1. Rice - 1cup
  2. Peanuts - 1/2 tbs
  3. Jaggery
  4. Kari leaves
  5. Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  6. Tamarind juice - 1tsp
  7. Meethi seeds - 3/4 tsp
  8. Kadi patha - 1/2 tbs
  9. Dal chini - 1/2
  10. Clove - 1/2
  11. Daniya - 3/4 tbs
  12. Ginger - 1/2
  13. Green chilli - 2
  14. oil
  15. Mustard seed - 3/4 tsp
  16. Salt
  17. Water
  18. Toor dal - 3/4 cup
  19. Termaric powder
  20. Carrot - 1
  21. Potatoes - 1
  22. Beans - 18-20
  23. Peas - 1/2 cup
  24. Tomato - 1
  25. Coconut
  26. Cashew
  27. ghee
  28. Sev
  29. curry leaves
  30. 1/4 tsp hing
  31. Red chilli - 3-4

Instructions

  1. For masala powder Fry red chilli, urad dal, dal chini Clove, daniya, jeera, meethi seeds, termaric powder, Coconut, pepper
  2. Cook it and make powder
  3. Cooker Oil, mustard seed, jeera, kadi patha, Ginger, green chilli, water ( double the amount of rice)
  4. When water starts boiling Toor dal, rice, mix
  5. Tomato, vegetables as you like
  6. Mix the powder prepared above
  7. Add Tamarind juice, salt, jaggery
  8. Close the cooker for 3-4 whistle
  9. For vagarney Add ghee, urad dal, peanuts, cashew, kari pata.. Fry it
  10. Now add into cooker and mix
  11. Serve hot with sev on above
