ABOUT Flavoured Mini dosa RECIPE

Its a perfect lunch box recipe for both Kids and Adults.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Dosa Batter - 1 cup
  2. 1 cup small onions
  3. 1 cup chopped fresh coriander leavs
  4. 5-6 Red chillies
  5. 3 Tomatoes
  6. Some curry leaves
  7. 2 teaspoon of urad dal
  8. 1/4 cup oil
  9. Small piece of tamarind
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. For the coriander chutney: Add oil and urad dal in a pan.
  2. Add red chillies. Sauté until golden brown.
  3. Transfer into a mixer jar. Add onions and coriander leaver into the mixer jar.
  4. Add small tamarind and salt to the jar. Grind well.
  5. For tomato chutney: Heat a pan and add oil, urad dal, red chillies and curry leaves. Transfer to a jar.
  6. Add onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Sauté until golden brown.
  7. Transfer to a mixer jar, add salt and grind well.
  8. Coriander and tomato chutney are ready.
  9. Heat a Dosa pan and add some oil.
  10. Pour little dosa batter.
  11. At a time, cook only 4-5 mini dosa on the pan.
  12. Add oil and cook well.
  13. The flip the dosa.
  14. Transfer onto a plate.
  15. Mini dosas are ready.
  16. Heat little oil and add green chutney. Add the mini dosas and mix well. Mix until well-coated.
  17. Green mini dosas are ready.
  18. Heat oil and add the tomato chutney.
  19. Add the mini dosas and gently mix them.
  20. Red and green mini dosas are ready to serve.
