ABOUT Paratha Pizza... RECIPE

Indian flat bread that is made into a pizza. Lovely breakfast on any given day. The best part is that it can be made even with leftover parathas and topping can be of your choice and preference. Lipsmackingly delicious first meal of the day that is super awesome in looks as well as the taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. FOR THE PARATHA DOUGH ; Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Salt 1 tsp
  3. Oil 1 tbsp
  4. Water 1 cup
  5. Capsicum thinly sliced 2
  6. Onions thinly sliced medium 2
  7. Tomatoes sliced 2
  8. Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  10. Mozzarella shredded 2 cups
  11. Pizza sauce or chilli garlic sauce 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Knead a smooth dough out of all the ingredients.
  2. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into equal sized balls and make parathas after 10-15 minutes of standing time.
  4. Place each paratha on the hot griddle and add all the toppings one by one.
  5. Add the cheese finally and sprinkle Italian seasoning and the chilli flakes on top.
  6. Cover and cook just until the cheese melts.
  7. Serve it hot for a lipsmacking breakfast.
