ABOUT GREEN RAWA DHOKLA RECIPE

Gujrati khatta dhokla, made with semolina. A perfect and yummy breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. One cup roughly grind fresh green peas
  2. Half cup raw or suji [semolina]
  3. Green chilli as per taste
  4. Half tspn garlic paste
  5. One pinch fruit salt
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Half cup fresh curd
  8. Half cup fresh coriander leave
  9. Oil [for greasing]

Instructions

  1. First take rawa in a bowl soak it with curd for ten minute. Then make paste of green chilli. garlic n coriander leave. add all the ingredients peas paste also togather .
  2. Grease a microwave pot n pour the mixture n cook on microwave mood for five minute.. then Grease the upper part of dhokla with milk and leave it for five minutes.
  3. Put a pan on flame take one tspn oil put rai [mustard seeds] and curry leave . You can add some chilli also .spread on dhokla and enjoy them hot.
