- 4 slices of brown bread
- 1 tablespoon mayo or any spread of your choice
- 1/2 cup grated and orange carrot
- 1 tbsp green moong split
- Seasoning for Sandwich- salt, , oregano, chilli flakes
- Spices for Daliya- Salt, red , hing and zeera

How to make Kiss of a Health Platter
My Tip:Remember to cook daliya first, then eggs and lastly sandwich. You can add your favorite veggies.
