Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices-4
  2. Semolina-1/4 cup
  3. Curd-2 tbsp
  4. Capsicum-2 tbsp
  5. Onion-2 tbsp
  6. Tomato-2 tbsp
  7. Green coriander-1 tbsp
  8. Salt
  9. Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  10. Oil for roasting

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1/4 CUP SEMOLINA, 2 TBSP EACH OF CAPSICUM & ONION
  2. ADD 2 TBSP EACH OF TOMATOES & GREEN CORIANDER, 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 2 TBSP CURD
  4. MIX WELL
  5. THE BATTER WILL LOOK LIKE THIS
  6. SPREAD THE MIX ON A BREAD SLICE
  7. PREPARE ALL SLICES SIMILARLY
  8. GREASE A HOT NON STICK PAN WITH 1 TSP OIL
  9. PUT THE BREAD SLICE, SEMOLINA SIDE DOWN, GRILL ON LOW HEAT FOR 2-3 MINS
  10. FLIP & COOK ON THE OTHER SIDE TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  11. REMOVE ON A PLATE
  12. CUT INTO TRIANGLES
