Fry the bread pieces in ghee on a medium hot pan.
Boil the sugar and water until it becomes a 1 string consistency then add saffron into this to make a sugar syrup
Boil the milk for 30 mins until it thickens, add elaichi powder and 1 tbsp sugar.
Now soak the fried breads into sugar syrup.
Take a serving platter, arrange the breads then pour the milk followed with pistachio, cashews, silver warq and kewra water.
Refrigerate and serve after 1 hour.
