This is a yummy recipe of a crispy and crunchy kachoris.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida - 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Semolina - 1/2 cup
  4. Caram seeds/ajwain - a pinch
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Oil - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix maida,suji,wheat flour 1 tsp oil, salt and carom seeds with help of water to make a stiff dough.
  2. Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins.
  3. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  4. .Sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a rolling pin.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadai and add the kachori,lower the heat and fry till golden brown and crisp.
  6. Drain in paper napkin.
  7. Serve hot with aloo tamator subzi.
