Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour - 2 cup
  2. Ajawain - a pinch
  3. Salt - to taste
  4. Oil - 4 tbsp
  5. Water - as required
  6. For filling
  7. Chana ka sattu - 1 cup
  8. chopped onion - 1
  9. Finely chopped green chillies - 2-3
  10. Finely chopped garlic cloves - 3-4
  11. Finely chopped ginger - 1 inch
  12. Lemon juice - 1tbsp
  13. Ajawain - a pinch
  14. Salt - to taste
  15. Coriander leaves chopped - 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients well and adjust salt and lemon juice according to your taste.
  2. Mix wheat flour, salt, ajawain l with the help of water to make a stiff dough
  3. Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  5. Then roll out the parathas.
  6. Cook on hot tawa applying oil till both the sides are cooked and golden brown in colour
  7. .Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.
  8. Serve hot with pickles or sauce.
