Ingredients Serving: 2
2 potaoes - steamed
1 cup milk ( you can ads more for a tjicker consistency)
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp oil and 1 tsp butter
Seasoning- Oregano, Rosemary, Black pepper, Salt and mustard
Instructions
Peel the steamed potatoes and cut them lengthwise
Take a pan, put in a tsp oil and throw in the cut potato slices. Roast, till crispy from all the sides. Add a little sauce, so that the potatoes don't taste bland. You can also add your favorite spices.
Leave the gas on sim and start with your white sauce
Take a non-stick pan and put in 1 tsp of butter. Roast it till it reaches golden hue. Remember to keep the setting at sim.
Once done, add milk while continuously stirring the mixture. You can opt for a hand whisker for this process and avoid lumps.
Once your sauce reaches the desired consistency. Add the seasoning.
Now the last step is plating. Arrange the crisp slices of potatoes in a dish and pour this yummilicious sauce on the top.
You can sprinkle a little black pepper or chilli flakes on the top.
