About Strawberry Cup Cake Recipe

These fresh strawberry cupcakes are made with real strawberries . It is fluffy,moist and delicious with flavourful strawberry.

Strawberry Cup Cake

Ingredients to make Strawberry Cup Cake

  • all purpose flour or maida - 1 cup
  • Granuled sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Strawberry - 1 cup(fresh)+ few for garnishing
  • Milk (at roomtemperature) - 1/2 cup
  • Melted butter or Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 2(if you want to avoid egg,use 3/4cup beaten thick Yougurt
  • Baking powder - 1.5 teaspoon
  • baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vanilla essence -1 teaspoon

How to make Strawberry Cup Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 degree C. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners
  2. Take 1/2 cup strawberries, place strawberries in a small food processor; process until pureed.Set aside.
  3. Take 1/2 cup strawberries and finely chopped them.
  4. In a medium bowl, add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix well
  5. Take another big bowl, add sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla essence, strawberry puree, eggs or beaten yogurt, milk, mix them very well until become a creamy texture.
  6. Pour the batter into the flour mixture slowly, mix them very well until the dry and wet ingredients are well combined.
  7. Fold in chopped strawberries until well combined. Divide the batter among the prepared cups (they will be full )
  8. Bake the cupcakes for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Garnish with whipped cream and strawberry.

My Tip:

I prefer to use fresh strawberries,it give nice aroma.
