ABOUT Lachha paratha RECIPE

These are traditional layered parathas to be served with some spicy vegetarian or non vegetarian curry.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 bowl whole wheat dough
  2. Ghee as required
  3. Oil as required
  4. Flour for dust

Instructions

  1. First roll big roti.
  2. Gresa the chapati with Oil,
  3. Sprinkle some wheat flour.
  4. Now start creating pleats by folding with the help of fingers.
  5. Begin to roll the pleated dough like a swiss roll.
  6. Secure the end by pressing gently.
  7. Take the rolled ball and dust with some flour..
  8. And start rolling to a thin circle.
  9. Heat the tawa ,and put paratha and both sides greasing ghee.
