This is very fantastic mouthwatering dish. I specially prepared it for makar sankranti.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. White sesame seeds (til) 1/2 cup
  2. Jaggery 1/2 cup
  3. Milk 2 cup
  4. Desicated coconut 1 cup
  5. G.M.S powder 1 spoon
  6. Custard powder 1 spoon
  7. Ice cream sticks
  8. Ice tray

Instructions

  1. In a pan add milk, sesame seeds, jaggery, custard powder, desicated coconut, g.m.s powder, and mix well. Let it boil for some time.
  2. Let it cool down for some time.After that keep it deep freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. Now pour the liquid form in ice tray and keep it in deep freezer as it becomes thick put ice cream sticks on each . again let it set it .
  4. Til gul lollipop is ready to serve.
