Potato Cheese Balls

Ingredients to make Potato Cheese Balls

  • 3 Boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 Cup flour
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 100g Grated Processed Cheese
  • Egg White/ 2tbsp flour
  • 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs

How to make Potato Cheese Balls

  1. Mash the potatoes and add salt and pepper.
  2. Add little maida with potatoes to make a smooth dough.
  3. Make a small flat ball of dough. Fill the grated cheese and cover it.
  4. Make it into a ball.
  5. Dip the balls in eggs and then coat with breadcrumbs.Alternately mix maida with little water and dip balls in it,then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat some oil for deep frying in a pan, fry the balls till golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.

My Tip:

You can fill in corn or spinach with cheese.
