Ingredients to make Chocolate Biscuits Balls

  • Chocolate biscuits 5-6
  • 2 tbsp cream chesse softened
  • Choco chips or dark chocolate compound for melting
  • James for garnishing

How to make Chocolate Biscuits Balls

  1. First take out cream cheese from fridge as we want at room temperature.
  2. Grind chocolate biscuits in grinder .
  3. Now add cream cheese into the grinded biscuits and mix well. Make small lemon size balls with it . Keep these into the fridge for about 20 minutes .
  4. Meanwhile melt the choco chips or dark chocolate compound on double boiler or microwave it.
  5. Take out balls from fridge and dip these balls into the melted chocolate with the help of 2 forks .
  6. Keep these balls on tray which u can line with aluminium foil or butter paper . Keep again these balls into the fridge for about 2 hours .
  7. Cream chesse balls are ready . Garnish with James .

My Tip:

If u dont have cream chesse u can use condensed milk and melted butter too .
