ABOUT Paav bhaaji RECIPE

This is my way of making bhaji for the famous pav bhaji at home.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 medium Potato
  2. 1/2 Cup Green Peas
  3. 2 onion
  4. 3/4 cup chopped cauliflower
  5. 2 tomato
  6. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  7. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Garam masala 1 tsp
  12. Lemon juice 1/2 spoon
  13. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Boil all the veggies in a cooker.
  2. Heat a pan ,add cumin seeds,chopped onion,tomato,ginger,chilly paste all spices.
  3. Then add boil veggies.paav bhaaji garam masala.
  4. Add chopped coriander leaves and butter and mix it well.
  5. Lemon juice and serve hot.
