This is my way of serving masala dosa, a delicious south Indian delicacy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Urad daal 1 cup
  2. Rice 3 cup
  3. Potato boiled 6-8
  4. Curry leaves 6
  5. Musturd seeds 1/2 tsp
  6. Oil 1 tbsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak daal and rice for few hours
  2. Grind them to a paste and keep it for fermentation.batter is ready for preparing dosa
  3. Boil potatoes
  4. Heat oil crackle musturd seeds curry leaves
  5. Add turmeric powder salt and boiled mashed potatoes
  6. Masala is ready
  7. Heat tawa pour a ladle full of batter with a spoon
  8. Spread it with a spoon
  9. Let it turn crispy and brown
  10. Now turn and cook on back side too
  11. Fill masala in between and fold the dosa
  12. Nice breakfast recipe enjoyed by kids
