Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cup wheat flour
  2. 2 cup besan
  3. 1 cup chopped methi
  4. 1 cup curd
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  8. Oil

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough of wheat flour adding besan.
  2. Add salt and all the masalas.
  3. Add chopped methi leaves
  4. Add curd.
  5. Knead a semi soft dough.
  6. Now divide the dough into equal parts, shape and roll them.
  7. Cook with oil on all sides.
  8. Rest 5 minutes.
