Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Medium Sized Boiled Potatoes
  2. 1.5 Cups ChickPea Flour / Besan
  3. Salt as per the taste
  4. 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  5. 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  6. Chaat Masala to sprinkle
  7. Oil for deep frying
  8. Any Chutney or sauce of your choice

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl
  2. Peel the potatoes
  3. Mash the potatoes in the bowl
  4. Add Besan into it
  5. Add Salt into it
  6. Add Coriander leaves into it
  7. Now add Red Pepper Powder into it
  8. Mix all the ingredients very well
  9. It should be a thick batter
  10. If required add more Besan
  11. Heat oil in a kadhai / wok to deep fry
  12. Drop small portions of batter one by one in the kadhai
  13. Deep fry them on medium flame so that they will become crispy
  14. Take them out on tissue paper when done
  15. Transfer into the serving basket with Chutney or your choice
  16. Pakodas are ready to eat now
