Sweet and Tangy Mango Ice-Cream

Ingredients to make Sweet and Tangy Mango Ice-Cream

  • For the sweet part:
  • 1 cup sweet mango cubes
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • For the tangy part:
  • 1 cup raw mango cubes
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 green chili (optional)
  • Small cubes of sweet and raw mango cubes for garnishing
  • Ice cream sticks in moulds

How to make Sweet and Tangy Mango Ice-Cream

  1. For the sweet part, mix all the ingredients and blend to form a smooth puree.
  2. For the tangy part, mix all the listed ingredients except the curd and give it a churn. Now add curd and blend to form a smooth puree.
  3. Take the ice cream moulds, first put in the raw mango puree and freeze it for 15 mins. Now pour the sweet mango puree on it. ( I have used small glasses)
  4. Garnish with small mango cubes. Insert ice cream sticks in the middle. Freeze them for 8 to 10 hrs.
  5. After this time, demould it by keeping it in the water for sometime and enjoy.
My Tip: The puree should be a little thick in consistency If you want to avoid spiciness, then don't add chilli.
