ABOUT Mayonnaise Veg Sandwich RECIPE

A very good option for morning breakfast or evening snack. Mayonnaise in the sandwich has enhanced its flavor and texture.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brown Bread – 4 Slices
  2. Butter – 1-2 tbsp.
  3. Veg Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp.
  4. Onion Medium– 1/2 finely chopped
  5. Green capsicum finely chopped – 1 1/2 deseeded
  6. Grated carrot – 3-4 tbsp.
  7. Grated cabbage – 3-4 tbsp.
  8. Freshly ground black pepper – ½ tsp
  9. Red chilli flakes– ½ tsp
  10. Chat masala – ½ tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Serving - Tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take finely chopped onion, grated cabbage, grated cabbage, finely chopped green capsicum, red chilli flakes, freshly ground black pepper, salt. Mix well.
  2. Add mayonnaise. Mix well.
  3. Spread some butter on brown bread slice evenly.
  4. Spread Mayonnaise veg mixture
  5. Sprinkle some chat masala. Cover the top with another buttered bread slice.
  6. Grill them in Electric or any handheld sandwich maker.
  7. Cut and serve hot with tomato ketch up.
