DOSHA MALAYSIAN LACE

Ingredients to make DOSHA MALAYSIAN LACE

  • Dosha batter - 1 cup
  • potato boiled and mashed - 4 no
  • Chopped onion - 2 no
  • Chopped ginger and garlic - 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped green chillies - 4 no
  • Chopped carrots - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped French been - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 4 tablespoons
  • mustard seeds - 1teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder - 1teaspoon
  • oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Colour as your own choices

How to make DOSHA MALAYSIAN LACE

  1. Heat 1tablespoons oil in a pan add mustard seeds and chopped ginger and garlic and fry for a minutes .
  2. Then add chopped onions and fry until they are soft and change his colour .
  3. Add the chopped veggies and stir fry on high power add mashed potatoes and mix well .
  4. Then add salt , chilli and fry until the mixture are well mix add the garam masala powder mix well and switch off the flame .
  5. Add the chopped coriander leaves mix well and keep aside .
  6. Now make Malaysian Lacey .....
  7. Take dosha batter divided into three bowl and add colour as your own choices , mix well a smooth batter .
  8. Heat oil in a tawa and pour the batter in to squeeze bottle and gently squeeze it over the tawa .
  9. Let it cook on slow flame till golden brown on bottom .
  10. Stuff the potato and veggie mix fold it in triangles .
  11. Serve it hot ........

My Tip:

Cook only one side . Fold the crepe into quarters or roll and stack up .
