Ingredients to make Golden coin

  • 6 bread slice
  • 2 boild poteto
  • 1/2 capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 medium size carrot chopped
  • 1/2 cupcrushed peas
  • 1 tsp coriander chopped
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1/2 chilli powder
  • salt to tast
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • butter 2 tsp

How to make Golden coin

  1. Cut bread round in shape
  2. ‎take a bowl put potetoes and mashed properly and add crushed peas , chopped capsicum ,caroot and chilli powder , chat masala now add salt and mix well
  3. take a bread slice put poteto mixture on it and spread all over and sprinkle sesame seeds
  4. now heat a nonstick pan and brush with butter and put bread slice and toast it both side til the colour become light golden
  5. your golden coin is ready
  6. serve with souce
