ABOUT Banana Walnut Bread RECIPE

It is healthy breakfast as it contains both banana and walnuts.Banana bread is soft and moist. It originated in America and now eaten world wide.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mash Ripe Banana 2small size
  2. Walnuts 2 tbsp
  3. Castor sugar4tbsp
  4. Melted butter4tbsp
  5. Maida 3/4 cup
  6. Baking soda 3/4tsp
  7. Vanilla essence few drops
  8. cinnamon powder 1/4tsp
  9. Milk 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. combine mashed Bananas,butter and castor sugar.Mix well
  2. Add plain flour,cinnamon powder,baking soda and milk. Mix well
  3. Now add chopped walnuts and vanilla essence
  4. Grease and dust 7"by3""loaf tin and pour the mixtuer .
  5. Bake at 180 degree in a pre heated oven.
  6. Cool completely and demould..Cut into slices and serve.
