ABOUT naan roti and chole RECIPE

Its a traditional recipie come from Punjab,but now a days its spred all over India.So that I was try this recipie andshare with butter better.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. for nan
  2. flower 11/2cup
  3. yeast 1tbsp
  4. 1tbsp sugar
  5. pinch of salt
  6. water as required
  7. for chana mashala
  8. chick pea 1 cup
  9. salt to taste
  10. onion paste 1 tbsp
  11. ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  12. tomato paste 2 tbsp
  13. cumin powder 1 tsp
  14. coriander powder 1 tsp
  15. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  16. pinch of sugar
  17. fresh cream 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. for naan- take a bowl and add flower, yeast, sugar, add little warm water and make a soft dough.
  2. keep aside cover with a wet kitchen towel.After 30 minutes make small balls from the dough
  3. make round shape roti. Take a iron tawa and spread little bit of water and pour the roti in it. after some time take the roti on fire till it turn into golden colour.
  4. for check peas
  5. presser cook the peas with tee bag.and add salt.
  6. Take a pan pour 1 tbsp oil,heat it,put cumin seeds and add onion paste,ginger garlic paste, fry it.After some time put tomato paste,cumin and coriander powder turmeric powder and salt as require fry till separate the oil add boiled check peas. Add water as require.
  7. waite some time when it goes to boil add 1tbsp fresh cream and serve it.
