Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 200gm grated jaggery
  3. 1 cup pure ghee
  4. Almonds and raisins for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat ½ cup water in a non- stick pan.
  2. Add jaggery, mix and bring to boil.
  3. Add 2 tbsp pure ghee and mix well.
  4. Take flour in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp ghee, mix and add to jaggery mixture.
  5. Remove pan from heat and transfer the pan material into the pressure cooker.
  6. Close the lid of the cooker and cook until 2 - 3 whistles.
  7. Transfer the mixture on to a plate and set aside to cool.
  8. Add remaining pure ghee and mix well.
  9. Garnish with almonds and raisins.
  10. Serve hot with dal.
