Mango phirni with Mango rosette

Ingredients to make Mango phirni with Mango rosette

  • 1 liter full cream milk
  • 1/2 cup rice powder
  • 1 cup fresh mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp kewra water
  • 2 tbsp of blanched pista

How to make Mango phirni with Mango rosette

  1. Boil the milk, add rice powder and mix continuously so that lumps are not formed. Keep on stirring till the rice cooks well.
  2. Now add the sugar, mango pulp and cardamom powder. Cook this for 10 mins. Add the kewra water and pour it into the serving dish.
  3. Sprinkle the sliced pista on top. Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour. The enjoy your phirni!

My Tip:

Note to thinly slice the fresh mango and make rosette to serve with phirni.
