Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread - 4 slices
  2. Grated corn - 1 cup
  3. Finely chopped shimla mirch - 1/2 bowl
  4. Chilly flex - 1/2 tsp
  5. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. salt - to taste
  7. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  8. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add grated corn,shimla mirch,chilly flex,salt,black pepper powder and coriander leaves and mix well
  2. Spread the corn mixture on the bread slice.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Place the bread on the pan into a hot oil until golden n crispy n flip them.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup.
