Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl curd
  2. 3/4 bowl sooji
  3. salt and red chilli powder
  4. a pinch of turmeric powder
  5. 1 packet of eno
  6. 2 onions chopped
  7. 2 tomatoes chopped
  8. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  9. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  10. grapes to garnish

Instructions

  1. Make an idli batter by mixing sooji, curd, salt and red chilli powder
  2. Mix all well. Then add 1 tsp of eno powder
  3. Take idli saancha. Apply pinch of oil on all idli cups and pour this batter in each idli cup of idli saancha
  4. Tap it properly so that it is equally spread
  5. Allow it to cook for 15 minutes in a pressure cooker, removing whistle for about 15 minutes
  6. Then take out this idlis
  7. Take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds to crackle
  8. Add tomato ketchup
  9. Now put the cooked idlis and sauté it for a while.
  10. Garnish with grapes
