Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Besan: 1/4 cup
  2. Rawa: 1/4 cup
  3. Moong dal powder: 1/2 cup
  4. Salt, red chilli powder and anardana as per taste
  5. Water for diluting
  6. Capsicum, onion and sweet corn: 3-4 tbsp
  7. Paneer, beetroot for filling
  8. Eno salt: 1 pouch
  9. Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry batters
  2. Add seasoning, except eno
  3. Dilute with water and mix well so no lumps remains
  4. Add chopped veggies
  5. Add eno
  6. Heat a tawa, smear with oil
  7. Pour a laddle full and spread well
  8. Once it is grilled on the base
  9. Add crumbled paneer and sliced beetroot
  10. Fold, cut into slices and serve with your favorite dip.
