Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/2 KG Khoya or Mawa
  2. 1/2 cup full fat cream
  3. 1 and 1/2 Tab sp. Sugar, Fine Powder
  4. 1/2 cup cashew dry roast and ground to coarse powder
  5. 1/2 cup mixed magaj ( i used Melon seeds...u can use any or mixed ) dry roast & ground to coarse powder
  6. 1 table spoon Kishmish cleaned
  7. 1 big table spoon White Seasme seeds Dry roasted , gring 1/2 of the toasted seeds.
  8. 1 t spoon Cardamom powder
  9. Few drops of Fresh Ghee to moist ur palms

Instructions

  1. In a thick bottom skittle shred your mawa and add Cream , put it on medium flames , bring it boil , simmer on lowest , cook until mixture is well combined and loosely dry ( not fully dry ) . switch off flames , keep aside add grinded dry fruits and sesame powder + Elaychi power ,
  2. Once 1/2 cooled , add sugar power and chopped pistachio. Mix well.
  3. Grease ur palms with ghee drops and Shape in your favorite shape or in shape of laddoo or u can use your favorite mould too.
  4. Garnish with rest of the toasted Sesame seeds top with a kishmish.
