ABOUT Veggie oats kabab with paneer filling RECIPE

I used oats in place of bread crumbs, maida cornflour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 boiled potato
  2. 1 carrot grated
  3. 1 c corn and peas boiled
  4. 2 tbsp Ginger garlic and chilli paste
  5. 1/2 c chopped capsicum
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tbsp mixed herb
  8. 1 tsp garam masala
  9. 1 tbsp chopped raisins
  10. 2 tbsp mashed paneer
  11. 1 tbsp corriender leaves chopped
  12. 1 c fry n grind oats
  13. oil

Instructions

  1. First coarse grind peas n corn.
  2. now mix carrot , peas corn, potato ginger garlic chilli paste, capsicum.
  3. add salt 1/2 c oats, mixed herb.
  4. Mash paneer add raisins garam masala corriender leaves n salt for filling.
  5. Now take 1/2 c oats in a plate for coating
  6. now take a part of mixture fill with filling n make kabab.
  7. kabab is ready.
  8. Shallow fry it.
  9. Serve with onion ketchup n chuttney.
