Ingredients to make Chicken Cutlets

  • Boiled boneless chicken 250gm
  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • Ginger- garlic paste 3 tsp
  • Carrot shredded 1
  • Bell pepper diced 1
  • Boiled green peas 1/2 cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 8-9
  • Green coriander chopped 2 tsp
  • Garam masala pd. 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala pd. 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cornflour 1/4 cup
  • oil 2 tbsp

How to make Chicken Cutlets

  1. Make a fine paste of ginger-garlic and green chillies. Take oil in a pan add cumin seeds when it starts to crackle add chilly paste and salt and roast it till oil separates.
  2. When the mixture cools add shredded boil chicken, mashed boiled potatoes, shredded carrot, small diced bell pepper, boiled peas (I used frozen ones) and garam masala powder and squeeze half lemon in it, mix well.
  3. Taste for salt and chilly accordingly adjust the taste. Make tikkis of same size. In a separate plate take cornflour, coat the tikkis with cornflour n shallow fry till golden brown.
My Tip: Serve hot with onion rings, green chutney and garlic mayo.
