Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup suji
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1/2 cup water or as required
  4. 1/2 tea spoon baking soda
  5. 1/2 tea spoon baking powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 cup chopped fresh palak

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a big bowl add Suji, curd, baking soda, baking powder and salt
  2. Mix all ingredients properly now add some water into it to make a smooth batter
  3. Now add chopped palak into it and mix it well add some water into if required and make smooth batter
  4. Once the batter is ready keep it side for 15 minutes
  5. After 15 minutes check the batter if required add some water because Suji observe the water very well so if required then put the water other wise not
  6. Batter should be little bit thick
  7. Now take idli steamer add some water and steam it in meanwhile ready the idlis mould by greasing some oil into it and pour the idli batter into it
  8. Once the steamer is hot steam idlis on full flame for 10 to 12 minutes
  9. Once the idli is ready serve with them green chutney or your choice of chutney or sauce
