Fusion Love Pots

Ingredients to make Fusion Love Pots

  • 2cups maida
  • 1/2tsp baking soda
  • 1tspn baking powder
  • 1cup sugar
  • 1cup Milk
  • 1/2cup oil
  • Few drops of red food colour
  • For filling- whipped cream, apple halwa in the flavour of cardamom and cinnamon, topped with mini gulab jamun and dry fruit chikki and whipped cream.

How to make Fusion Love Pots

  1. For cake batter mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl and now mix wet ingredients in separate bowl take dry ingredients and mix into wet ingredients, make a smooth batter (lump free) now pour it into greased glass moulds and bake for 20 mins.
  2. For Apple halwa- take 2 grated Apples, heat a pan put 2 tbsp of desi ghee add elaichi to it now add grated apple and cook for 10 mins now add half cup sugar and mix it well, mix chopped dryfruits to it. Add a pinch of Cinnamon in the end.
  3. For Gulab jamuns- Take 1 cup khoya mix 5 tablespoons of maida and make a smooth dough. Make a ball and deep fry till golden brown now dip in sugar syrup.( For sugar syrup take 2 cups sugar +1 cup water, mix and bring to a boil and make one thread consistency syrup)
  4. For dry fruit chikki- Take 1 cup sugar put it on medium heat in nonstick pan, melt it when it's about to colour change add dry roasted nuts to it and spread thinly on kitchen platform with little oil, when slightly cool cut into desired shapes.
  5. Place cake in a glass and scoop from the middle, now fill with apple halwa as 1st layer then whipped cream as 2nd layer then gulab jamun as 3rd layer then whipped cream then topped with mini gulab jamun and dry fruit chikki.
My Tip: Measurement should be in correct mode.
