Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup semolina
  2. 1/2 cup rice flour
  3. 6 cup water
  4. Ginger
  5. Green chillies
  6. Salt

Instructions

  1. For the dosa better combine all the ingredients in a bowl and keep aside for an hour
  2. Pre heat the tawa for a minute and grease it
  3. Pour some better on it along with some oil on edges.
  4. Let it cooke
  5. Serve hot with sambhar
