Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Broad beans : 15
  2. Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
  3. Curry leaves
  4. Grated Coconut : 3 - 4 tsp
  5. Red chilli(s) : 2
  6. Fennel seeds : 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Steam cook the chopped broad beans for 5 min over medium flame.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, saute mustard seed and curry leaves and add cooked broad beans with water, salt for 2 mins.
  3. Add (coconut, chilli, fennel seeds) paste and cook for 5 mins.
  4. Switch off the flame
