Drumstick leaves contains all proteins , iron & vitamins that we need . Take this everyday. it definitely cures most of the diseases. It s an easy dish to make also.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. drumstick leaves 2 cups full
  2. Tomato 1 big
  3. garlic 4 or 5
  4. Small onion 5
  5. Cumin seeds 1/4tsp
  6. coriander seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. pepper corns 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Water to cook

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a cooker.add 2 cups of water.
  2. cover & cook till 4 or 5 whistles.
  3. when pressure goes open lid.drain the water into another bowl.
  4. let the cooked ingredients cool to room temperature.
  5. then put it in a mixi & grind well.
  6. then again strain it to the above water adding some more water.
  7. put on stove , cook for a few min. adjust salt & pepper.
  8. serve hot.
