ABOUT Energy Bar RECIPE

Energy bar full of healthy oats and nuts is a very simple and super delicious recipe. Energy Bars are wholesome food that are made from nuts, cereals. When you make this at your home ,you can add healthy and right ingredients in it.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 15 cashew nuts
  2. 15 almonds
  3. 15 Raisins
  4. 4-5 tbsp honey
  5. 4 tbsp oats
  6. 2 tbsp melon seeds
  7. 1 tbsp seasame seeds
  8. 1 tbsp Poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut cashew nuts, almonds, or whatever dry fruits you like, put it in honey and keep it in a jar for 4 to 5 days.
  2. After 5 days we will make this Energy Bar.
  3. Roast the oats in a non stick pan and take it out in a vessel
  4. Then roast poppy seeds and melon seeds in the nonstick pan and mix them in oats.
  5. In the same way white sesame seeds are also roasted.
  6. Mix it in oats too.
  7. Put honey mixed dry fruits in the same vessel as well.
  8. Mix all the ingredients well together.,Put this mixture over a plastic sheet and cover it with another plastic sheet and make thin slab with the help of rolling.
  9. Now keep it cool in the fridge
  10.  After 4 to 5 hours take it out and cut it into desired shape and it is ready to eat.
