ADD THE ONION TOMATO AND CORRIANDER CHOPPED TO BATTER
TO A HEATED GREASED PAN POUR A BIG SPOON FULL OF READY BATTER
COVER COOK THE TOP TO COOK WELL
GREASE LITTLE AND PAN FRY BOTH SIDES WELL
KEEP THE UTTAPAMS TBLSPN 2PEANUT BUTTER ,CHEESE SLICE READY TO MAKE SANDWICHES
CUT OUT HEARTS WITH COOKIE CUTTERS FROM CHEESE SLICES
SPREAD 1 TSP PEANUT BUTTER AND KEEP THE CHEESE SLICE CUT ON THIS
COVER THIS UTTAPAM WITH ANOTHER ONE TO FORM A SANDWICH
CUT OUT WITH A LID ROUND FORMING NEAT ROUND SANDWICH
CLEAN THE SIDES OUT WELL
MAKE SIMILAR UTTAPAM SANDWICH AGAIN
