A simple and tasty paratha
Mix atta, ajwain, salt and oil in a vessel.
Add little water to the mixture and make a firm dough. Let it rest for 10- 15 min.
Roll out a small portion of the dough. Spread some oil or ghee on it. Fold it twice to make a triangular shape. With a rolling pin, roll out the paratha gently.
Heat a tawa and cook the parathas using oil. Serve with pickle/ aachar.
