A chaat with zingy tangy juicy fruity,without onion and potatoes, sprout chaat,must try this good for health new version.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mix sprouts 2 cups (steamed with 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt)
  2. Tomato chopped 1/2 cup
  3. Makke ke daane (corn) boiled 1/2 cup
  4. Cucumber chopped 1/2 cup
  5. Apple chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Fresh pomegranate 1/4 cup
  7. For seasoning -
  8. Lemon juice 1tablespoon
  9. Roohafza 2tablespoon
  10. Mix fruit juice 2tablespoon
  11. Coriander leaves chopped 1tablespoon
  12. Chaat masala 1/4teaspoon
  13. Jaljeera powder 1/4teaspoon
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Red chillie to taste
  16. Paneer kaddukasad for garnishing

Instructions

  1. First of all take mix sprouts in a cooker,put turmeric and salt,close the lid and give just a steam,no need of whistle
  2. Open the lid and keep aside to cool
  3. When it is properly cooled add tomatoes,cucumber,boiled corns together,mix well,keep aside
  4. Now take a cup,put all the ingredients of seasoning in it along with salt,red chillie,chaat masala,jaljeera powder,mix well and pour this on top of sprouts
  5. Mix well keep in fridge for sometime
  6. While serving take out,bring it to a room temperature
  7. Serve garnished with chopped apples,pomegranate,paneer laccha's (kaddukasd) and coriander leaves
